Office Manager & Play Coach
I enjoy working with children and creating a fun environment that is tailored to the children’s needs and personalities. I truly love connecting with and learning so much from the amazing families I have met throughout the years, and I look forward to meeting many more at Play My Way. In my free time I enjoy long walks, baking, going to concerts, and having a fun night out with friends at Karaoke! I am fluent in English and Spanish and I am always looking to learn more languages!
TAMMIE
Senior Play Coach
Tammie is a San Diego Native. She has a passion for working with children and being creative. Never missing an opportunity to make someone smile, Tammie is creative and energetic. With a background as a behavior consultant working with kids on the spectrum, Tammie is flexible and always ready to do whatever she can to ensure everyone leaves happy!

Art Director
I am an architect like my father, so I grew up highly motivated by Art, Design and Creativity. After exploring and working with glass, paint, ceramics and other materials, I established myself as a Mixed Media Artist. Then I got the beautiful opportunity to be a Special Needs Mixed Media Educator which changed my career and life. The special needs population teaches me how to be a better person and how to put all my heart in their hands. In my free time I love to cook and outdoor sports like running, mountain bike riding and spending time with my family. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish.

I am so excited to be a play coach at Play My Way! I look forward to making fun and memorable moments with everyone who comes through the door! I love working with kids and creating a space where they can have fun, feel safe and be themselves. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, volunteering, reading and spending time with my four grown children.

I’m excited to be a Play Coach in this beautiful new indoor Playground!! Everything is soooo fun here! I Love the Zip line the most. It is exhilarating!
I have worked with children for 20 years and I still love to see the smiles and hear the laughter. All the people here are sooo nice, too! The coaches are great; all the parents are the best, most awesome parents ever! And it’s fun to watch new friendships being forged in fun. My interests include pizza, dinosaurs, magic and playing catch.

Hi I'm Alex! Before coming to Play My Way, I was a preschool teacher. My passion for teaching guided me to study the Montessori Method, to help our kids reach their autonomy and explore their capabilities.
I love doing puzzles, playing Jenga and I'm really good at hide and seek.
I look forward to showcasing what I do best at Play My Way.

Hello friends, my journey working in behavioral health began in 2021, supporting adults in addiction treatment before becoming a behavior technician in enhanced behavioral support by 2024. Along the way, I discovered the joys of being a camp counselor as well, and quickly realized working with kids was perfect for me. My favorite spot at Play My Way is the sensory room. It's the perfect place to take a deep breath in between all the fun! Outside of Play My Way, I am either reading, swimming, listening to a true crime podcast, or enjoying family game nights that can get very competitive. I'm excited to be part of this team for the long haul. I look forward to seeing you, your family, and friends in the gym!
