Play My Way is proud to be a vendor of the San Diego Regional Center. As a vendor, we are able to offer social recreation services to traditional and self-determination clients in the form of a monthly Membership.
SDRC is a nonprofit organization which serves and empowers persons with developmental disabilities and their families to achieve their goals with community partners.
SDRC MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:
Standard Membership $140/month
-Unlimited play sessions per month (max 1 per day)
-One free guest pass per month
Supported Membership $240/month
-Benefits of Standard Membership
-Three 75-minute sessions with a personal play coach (1:1) per month. These can be during an open play session or scheduled semi-privately at a quieter and lower capacity time.
How to get started
Process for Traditional SDRC Clients:
Contact your SDRC Service Coordinator and request a Play My Way Membership. Provide the Play My Way SDRC Vendor #PY3914, Service Code 106, and Membership level you are requesting (Standard or Supported Membership) and the monthly cost ($140 or $240 per month).
Process for Self-Determination Program SDRC Clients:
Inform your Independent Facilitator (IF) that you want to add a Play My Way Membership to your services.
Email Rachel@playmywaysd.com with your IF contact information and which Membership (Standard or Supported) works best for you and we will work on enrollment with your IF and FMS.
